Functional MME

NIKKI GAYNAIR

Who Am I?
My name is Nicole, and I am the proud owner of 360 Therapeutic Massage. With nearly three decades of experience in the wellness and recovery field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve optimal movement, alignment, and overall health. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and have certifications in Myofascial Release, A.R.T and P.R.T, Neuromuscular Re-education, and Structural and Integral Bodywork. I am recently certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working alongside medical professionals, including spinal medicine physicians, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, acupuncturists, and chiropractors, allowing me to develop a comprehensive method of care.
What I Do
I specialize in facilitating neuromuscular re-education and restoring movement through body alignment, offering two distinct services: medical exercise and functional massage, both tailored to meet the needs of my clients. Medical exercise is a hands-off, movement-based therapy that assesses and improves functional limitations. It is ideal for individuals who prefer a non-touch approach while still addressing their recovery and mobility goals. In contrast, functional massage is a hands-on therapy designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance.
Who Do I Work With?
I work with individuals from all walks of life, including those recovering from injuries or surgeries, managing chronic pain, or seeking improved functionality and mobility. Additionally, I collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to wellness.
How Do I Do It?
My approach combines a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology with intuition to provide personalized care for each client. I support the body’s natural ability to heal itself while promoting overall alignment and function. Through medical exercise, I assess posture, movement patterns, and physical function to create customized exercise plans that do not involve physical touch, making them ideal for clients who prefer non-contact therapy. For those seeking a more hands-on method, I offer functional massage, which includes targeted techniques to alleviate pain, restore balance, and promote relaxation. By providing these two distinct yet complementary services, I ensure my clients can choose the care that best suits their preferences and goals.
